City Fashion House sells embroidered kurta and pajama fabric sets that are unstitched. Due to the nature of embroidered fabrics and fabric cutting, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Return Eligibility
A return request will only be accepted if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • An unboxing video from the start of opening the package is available as proof in case of damage or wrong product claims.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Fabric texture expectations.

  • Products that have been cut, stitched, washed, or used.

3. Return Process
To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send your order number, clear photos, and unboxing video of the issue.

  3. After verification, return instructions will be shared.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping may be arranged by City Fashion House or reimbursed after verification.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items
